Keep separate care histories for your houseplants
Two plants of the same species still need separate records when their conditions or problems differ. Give each plant a recognizable label and keep its photos, observations and care actions together. GospodApp’s saved recovery files can support that workflow, subject to the current plan’s limits. Do not assume that a collection automatically includes shared accounts, cloud backup or imports.

Name the individual plant, not only the species
Illustrative example: two similar houseplants stand in different places, one near a bright window and one farther into the room. A species name alone does not distinguish their photographs or watering histories. Use a recognizable pot or location label, and update the note if a plant moves.
Keep the label in the record and photograph enough of the pot or surroundings to check identity. Do not combine the clearest image from one plant with the care notes from another.

Return through My Plants
Save the initial check as a Plant Plan in GospodApp. In My Plants, open the correct saved plan before adding notes or continuing a check. Compare the starting context with the current plant rather than creating an unrelated answer history each time.
Saved-plan capacity and other access depend on the current Free or Premium terms. Read those terms in the app. This guide does not promise unlimited plants, exports, imports, shared household accounts, guaranteed retention or automatic backup.
Record uncertainty and changes of location
If you cannot tell which plant an older photo belongs to, label that uncertainty instead of treating it as evidence. Note when a plant moved, when a pot changed or when someone else watered it, if you actually know. A useful history is specific, not artificially complete.
Several competitors also provide journals or plant records. GospodApp’s role here is connecting a particular problem with its follow-up, not claiming ownership of the idea of a plant journal.

Add a photo or describe the change. Read the suggested explanation and next step, then save the Plant Plan in My Plants. Open that same plan for notes, reminders and later checks. Check the current in-app plan terms before relying on a feature or allowance.
