Simple rules for using GospodApp.
These terms explain what the product does, what the answers are meant to be, how Google Play billing fits in, and what is expected from both sides.
Who runs the service
GospodApp is operated by the company listed below. The registration details are kept visible on this page so you know who is responsible for the service.
What GospodApp is for
GospodApp helps home gardeners understand visible garden plant problems, ask follow-up questions, save garden plant history, and track recovery steps. It is practical guidance for garden plant care, not a guarantee or emergency service.
How to read the answers
Garden plant diagnoses and recovery suggestions are best-effort guidance based on the details and photos you provide. Some cases remain uncertain, and severe, toxic, commercial-scale, or urgent issues may need an agronomist, vet, poison centre, or local specialist.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features may require sign-in or an active Google Play subscription. Pricing, renewals, cancellation, grace period, and account hold are handled through Google Play for your region.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos, text, and other content you submit, and for any care action or product you decide to apply. Do not upload illegal content, malware, spam, or anything intended to damage the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app and website available, but features may change, pause, or improve over time. We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law. Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Romanian law.
