Terms of Use
Simple rules for using GospodApp plant checks, Plant Plans, subscriptions, and support.
What GospodApp is for
GospodApp helps home gardeners understand visible plant problems, save Plant Plans, ask follow-up questions, and track care over time. It is practical guidance, not an emergency or guaranteed professional diagnosis service.
How to read answers
Plant checks and care suggestions are best-effort guidance based on the details and photos you provide. Severe, toxic, commercial-scale, or urgent cases may need a local specialist.
Subscriptions
Some features may require Premium. Pricing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and account holds are handled through the App Store or Google Play for your region.
Free plan and advertising
The Free plan does not currently contain third-party advertising. We may introduce advertising or optional rewarded-ad offers for Free users in the future. Any rewarded offer will describe the action required and the in-app benefit before the ad begins. Premium is ad-free while a paid entitlement is active. Before advertising data is collected or shared, we will update the Privacy Policy, store disclosures, and consent controls as required by applicable law and platform rules.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos, notes, and care actions you choose. Do not upload illegal content, malware, spam, or anything intended to harm the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, applicable law, security requirements, store requirements, or our business model changes. If a change materially affects your rights, a paid subscription, or how the service is provided, we will give reasonable notice through the app, website, email, or applicable store where required. Changes take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires explicit consent. Please review the effective date and these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Governing law
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Romanian law.
